Nestled in serene surroundings, the accommodation impresses with private villas that ensure a peaceful retreat. Enjoyed the unique experience of the traditional Japanese-style room, complete with tatami mats. It was surprisingly comfortable. The dining was really good, with freshly prepared dishes that included a seasonal kaiseki dinner that was virtually gourmet. The remote location requires careful planning if arriving with heavy luggage, and while the onsen baths are extraordinary, some may find the water extreme in temperature.

Some signage could be improved for easier navigation!!! The remote location may not be convenient, especially with luggage!!! A self-service breakfast option would have been appreciated for a more flexible morning.
